Also published in TCEQ's RG-466, use this checklist as is when completing maintenance on a customer's system or make your own. When a consumer knows you're looking out for them, the chances that they call you next time is very likely.

Seal Requirements
Per the Texas Administrative Code, each irrigator, upon being licensed with the commission, shall obtain a seal. Because licensed irrigators should not engage in any landscape irrigation services without physical possession of the seal and the license, the TCEQ has put the seal requirments in this document for you to reference.
